Little Squirrel Yoga offers pregnancy yoga classes for better birth experiences, mum & baby yoga classes for bonding and gentle rehabilitation, mums only classes for gentle strengthening and relaxation and fun kids' yoga classes for good mental health. Based in Newtownards Co.Down with further locations to be added.

Our pregnancy classes allow women the opportunity to take time out to bond with their unborn babies while strengthening their bodies & minds in preparation for a positive birth experience. We offer a carefully adapted yoga practice that is safe, promotes relaxation & enhances wellbeing for both mum & baby. We incorporate elements of hypnobirthing, meditation & yoga nidra.


No previous yoga experience needed. Booking required.

Mum & Baby Yoga

Mum and baby yoga newtownards, mum and baby yoga bangor, mum and baby yoga dundonald, mum and baby

Little Squirrel Mum & Baby classes involve gentle yoga for Mum, to promote healing & relaxation, alongside techniques for baby, to soothe & aid development. We use elements of baby massage & sensory play to encourage bonding & create a well-rounded class for baby. At the end we take time to have a hot drink & chat which is so important for new mums.


No previous yoga experience needed. Booking required.

Kids' Yoga

Our nurturing kids classes are designed to introduce kids to yoga & mindfulness in a fun, engaging way. We use yoga postures, breathing & meditation exercises, creative games & guided relaxation to enable children to cope with difficult situations & promote self esteem. We firmly believe that yoga can help build compassion & kindness in the next generation. Classes are non competitive.


Suitable for boys and girls aged 4-8. 


First class is a Halloween Special

31st October 3.30-4.30pm

Mums Only Yoga

Mums yoga, relaxing yoga, yoga newtownards, yoga bangor, female only yoga, postnatal yoga, yoga

Once a month we offer a class for Mums to take an hour to themselves to gently tone, strengthen and relax. We work on our core & pelvic floor in a safe, accessible way before relaxing with guided meditation or Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). It doesn't matter if you are 12 weeks postnatal (minimum) or 12+ years, all Mums can benefit from this relaxing class.


No experience necessary and all equipment provided.
